Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TPM, equipment reliability, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for manufacturing equipment reliability.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to equipment downtime.
