Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 2+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• PhD with 0+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of product and process transfers to manufacturing partners.
• Lead design and process change activities through PLM and change control processes.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing partners for production issues.
• Develop and execute process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on MSA, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Support manufacturing operations and backorder resolution with CAPA activities.
