Job summary
Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems in our Atlanta facility. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements while supporting growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of operations and engineering experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience with process improvement tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of heavy duty processing equipment and conveyance.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, yield, quality, and overall performance.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and reduce downtime.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to support decision-making and improvements.
- Support new manufacturing process development and evaluate readiness and capacity.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Provide technical leadership and engineering support to operations.
