Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to establish and coordinate methods for economical manufacturing operations.

The role plans documentation, designs and installs mechanical and electromechanical systems, and develops tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs for production. Requirements include a BS in engineering, 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and proficiency with CAD/CAM and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience as a manufacturing engineer.
• U.S. Person due to ITAR compliance.
• Experience with precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project documentation (engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, routings).
• Design and direct installation of mechanical or electromechanical products or plant systems.
• Develop tooling/fixtures and CNC programs for unique processes.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and calibration of equipment and control devices.
• Develop CAD drawings, layouts, and schematics for manufacturing processes.
• Lead and mentor MEI/MEII; support safety, quality, and policies.
