Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes in precision environments.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Hands-on capability in a manufacturing setting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for polymer and CNC operations.
• Reduce setup time, increase throughput, and improve process capability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to resolve challenges and support new product introductions.
• Design and specify tooling, fixtures, workholding, and process controls.
• Establish and maintain process parameters and standards, including cleanroom requirements where applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues using structured problem solving and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain BOMs, routers, and manufacturing documentation for traceability.
