The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Strong people leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with GMP/ISO and validation lifecycle.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Set engineering standards and governance for manufacturing areas.
• Drive performance metrics: yield, uptime, OEE.
• Lead complex programs with safety, compliance, and financial discipline.
• Oversee validation strategies: FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Plan resources and prioritization across operations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with global engineering and functions to align staffing.
• Present business cases, CARs, and schedules to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
