- Must have manufacturing engineering experience across NPI to production
- Experience working with design engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing engineering strategy and readiness for NPI through production
- Drive DFM/DFA collaboration with Design Engineering
- Define processes, tolerances, tooling concepts, workflows, and production requirements
- Lead planning and readiness activities from NPI to production transition
- Collaborate with plant manufacturing to implement processes and scale production
- Identify and resolve manufacturing risks and constraints
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
