Job summary

enableCV, an independent medical device company headquartered in Midvale, Utah, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Operations Integrator to manage on-site and external CMOs. The role requires leading manufacturing readiness for new products, applying DFM/DFA early, and coordinating with Design, R&D, and Supply Chain in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
4+ years in manufacturing, NPI/NPD, or operations engineering.
Experience launching new products in a production environment.
Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches from concept through production ramp.
Partner with design engineering to apply DFM/DFA early in development.
Develop and execute manufacturing plans, timelines, and launch readiness criteria.
Act as liaison between R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality.
Translate engineering designs into scalable production processes.
Identify and mitigate risks across the product lifecycle.
Oversee process validation (OQ/PQ where applicable).
Support initial production builds and troubleshoot on the line.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure component readiness and ramp.
