Moog Inc in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations, including IQ/OQ/PQ validations, CAPA, NCR, and process optimization to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive Lean initiatives, lead design transfer and NPI, develop fixtures and tooling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Requires engineering degree and 7+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validations and quality systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and manufacturing personnel.
• Lead development, qualification, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Support CAPA, NCR, and complaint investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Lead design transfer and new product introduction with cross-functional teams.
