Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in modular fabrication, defense, or energy sectors.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and structural weldments.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 quality systems and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for modular fabricated systems.
• Develop formal manufacturing documentation including process flow diagrams and work instructions.
• Lead new product introduction efforts from prototype through full-rate production.
