Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or any engineering/technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with production equipment, processes, and cost improvements.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Conduct Process FMEAs and validation strategies.
• Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput via Lean concepts.
• Coordinate design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling and machinery.
• Coordinate, set strategy, and drive projects with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Product Development to ensure Design for Manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
