Jabil in Florence, KY seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement efficient production methods and process controls for liquid-cooled data center assembly. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements in a senior, on-site role.

Ideal candidates have deep experience with liquid cooling, DMAIC, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data‑driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 8 years process/manufacturing engineering experience; or 6 years with Master’s degree.
• Experience with liquid-cooled technology in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with DMAIC and root-cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate pressure and leak testing for liquid cooling assemblies.
• Improve manufacturability, cycle times, and reliability of cooling systems.
• Lead process documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with EHS, QA, and maintenance to ensure safety and quality.
• Own lifecycle of process equipment from selection to upgrades.
• Support commissioning/validation of new cooling systems in production.
