Job summary

Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the Sherman, TX plant. The role leads manufacturing engineering activities and capital projects to raise safety, quality, and productivity. Relocation assistance is available as part of the package.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 2 years in manufacturing engineering. Strong CAD skills and Lean/Six Sigma is preferred to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute Sherman plant manufacturing engineering activities.
• Lead capital and non-capital projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide technical direction and train plant personnel on equipment and processes.
• Support TPM plans and standard work documentation.
• Consult other functions on production feasibility and process development.
