Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc in Utah is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean methods. You will identify redesign opportunities for equipment, monitor critical control points, and drive development of robust test methods and process validations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering/science with 2+ years of industry experience, or a Master's with 1+ year, and is ASQ CQE certified or working toward it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering/science with 2+ years industry experience.
• Master's degree in related field with 1+ year industry experience.
• ASQ CQE certification preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and Lean methods.
• Identify opportunities to redesign equipment, tools, and fixtures to reduce risk.
• Monitor Critical Control Points.
• Lead experiments and validate processes; write protocols and analyze results.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment selection and validation.
• Develop training materials and documentation for production and Receiving Inspection.
• Lead investigations of quality issues (NCR, CAPA, SCAR) and document findings.
• Oversee change control and ensure compliance.
