Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management and in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
• Familiarity with welding, metal fabrication, and/or painting/coating operations.
• Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 Quality systems required.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize manufacturing processes for welding, fabrication, and painting.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to welding, fabrication, and painting.
• Specify and evaluate equipment and tooling for improved efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with Quality department to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity.
