Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years engineering experience.
• Experience in CNC programming and high mix-low volume is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare processes for manufactured parts.
• Evaluate processes through analysis and conferring with suppliers.
• Design and implement fixtures and gauges for manufactured parts.
• Work on continuous improvement projects supporting Lean Manufacturing.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
