Job summary

You will partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Product Development to implement data-driven improvements, process changes, and new product introductions that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support for line operations.
• Lead CAPA activities and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to improve yield and productivity.
• Support new product introductions and transfers to manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
