Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher with 4–7+ years of experience; or Master with 2–5+ years; or PhD with 0–2+ years.
• Strong teambuilding focus and leadership in hourly production environments (union or non‑union).
• Experience with quality and process improvement tools and with metrics development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support fabrication and assembly objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment, processes, cost, and productivity.
• Lead meetings and coordinate cross‑functional teams (procurement, quality, engineering).
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to develop skills across the organization.
