Qualifications

• Bachelor-level knowledge or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 8–15 years related experience required or non-degree with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvements through manufacturing engineering analysis focused on capacity, cost reduction, and safety.
• Demonstrate cross-functional project management and contribute to strategic and capital plans.
• Prepare project justifications, including recommendations, build-versus-buy analysis, layouts, cost impacts, and schedules.
• Implement processes covering equipment procurement, installation coordination, process capability prove-out, training, documentation, and production start-up.
• Manage product introduction activities including cost estimation, process investigation, schedule development, and prototype manufacture.
• Develop reports, project briefings, and management presentations.
• Provide technical direction and leadership.
• Develop other Manufacturing Engineers and Process Technicians.
