The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing, with hands-on design experience, strong costing skills, and expert CAD capabilities (Inventor, SolidWorks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with custom design and commercially available components.
• Strong costing and capital equipment project experience.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as Inventor and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Project management: requirements, risk mitigation, cost, timelines.
• Design, manage, and implement new machinery, tooling, and fixtures.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation.
