Qualifications

• Engineered assembly operations for large, complex products such as modules or vehicles.
• Balanced lines and designed stations to hit takt.
• Launched products through ECO storms and maintained floor readiness.
• Standardized work instructions and torque specs as single source of truth.
• Live on the line during launch to ensure smooth ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing engineering for integration and assembly of modules.
• Build the assembly process: station design, sequence, torque and test standards, line balance.
• Launch new module configurations without breaking the line (ECO to floor).
• Improve ramp curve metrics: hours per unit down, first-pass yield up, week over week.
