Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a manufacturing engineering leader to own the integration and assembly of frontier AI hardware modules. You will design stations, set torque and test standards, and optimize takt to meet line targets.

You will drive ECO changes and floor readiness, launch new module configurations, and push ramp performance by reducing hours per unit and increasing first-pass yield while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• You've balanced lines and designed stations that hit takt.
• You've launched products through ECO storms and kept the floor building.
• You standardize: your work instructions and torque specs are the single source of truth.
• You live on the line during launch.
• Bonus: Low‑volume, high‑mix assembly. Electrical and controls assembly processes. MES systems. Lean production depth.

Compensation Range: $203K - $232K
