Thea Energy is seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineering leader to architect the HTS magnet production line and factory infrastructure in a fast-moving fusion tech environment. You will work with design and physics experts to drive manufacturability and cost optimization from concept through prototyping and production ramp.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in high-tech environments.
• Proven ability to take complex electro-mechanical systems from concept to factory floor.
• Experience with precision assembly, thermal processing, coil winding, and metal fusion methods.

Responsabilidades

• Establish manufacturing architecture, factory layout, and production methods for HTS magnet production.
• Partner with design and physics leads to ensure manufacturability and cost optimization from concept to prototyping.
• Direct the design, installation, and qualification of capital equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
• Architect Process Engineering frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure hardware and resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide mentorship to Manufacturing Engineers and aid leadership in scaling teams.
• Own program delivery schedules, risk mitigations, and capital expenditure tracking.
