Job summary

La-Terra-Fina-USA is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead advanced manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced food production setting.

You will translate operational needs into robust engineering designs, perform CAD work, specify equipment, and guide testing and commissioning to achieve reliable results. You will move between the production floor, CAD workstations, and vendor discussions, taking ownership of quality, safety, and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, equipment, or process engineering with progressive responsibility.
• Proven ownership of equipment or process-improvement projects from installation to handoff.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D CAD; Inventor strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience developing specifications, reviewing vendor designs, and providing tech direction.
