Job summary

The successful candidate will operate independently, mentor other engineers, and focus on electrical systems, metrology data, tooling, and corrective actions. Strong collaboration across teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with military aircraft preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems, equipment, and testing or metrology data.
• Lean manufacturing techniques and labor standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with shop floor to resolve build cycle issues.
• Design and troubleshoot tooling and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain Manufacturing Plans and Corrective Action Plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
