Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with 7+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support manufacturing lines to maximize efficiency and meet item requirements.
• Develop complete manufacturing plans, operating and inspection instructions, and data packages.
• Design fixtures and work holdings for cost-effective manufacturing.
• Identify program risks and mitigation strategies.
• Create and present technical information to internal teams, management, and customers.
• Identify key processes and verification requirements.
• Develop line validation plans and lead teams through validation.
• Perform capacity analysis and design lines and tooling to meet capacity needs.
• Provide technical guidance to supporting teams.
• Lead process improvement activities.
• Develop Statements of Work, estimates, and project execution plans; provide leadership for proposals and white papers.
• Other duties as assigned.
