Job summary

Senior Flexonics in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead startup, commissioning, and operation of automated coating lines and related process systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive process development, Lean continuous improvement, capital equipment procurement, and APQP documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end-use products on schedule.

ERP/MRP experience, including Infor Syteline, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, medical, and/or metal fabrication.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement concepts.
• ERP and MRP experience, Infor Syteline highly.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, commissioning, and operation of automated coating lines and related process systems.
• Lead manufacturing development of assemblies and products; support project teams in new processes and equipment.
• Plan and manage capital acquisition, tooling, and work cells to support end-use products.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean concepts and APQP documentation.
