Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, automation, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience deploying technology, redesigning processes, Lean methods or automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize manufacturing technologies and process improvements to reduce labor, improve capacity, and strengthen safety.
• Develop business cases and capital investment justifications with quantified labor savings and ROI.
• Lead development of manufacturing concepts, URS, and equipment performance criteria for new solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy automation, digital tooling, and advanced assembly processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design, validate, and implement scalable solutions.
• Support DFM and DFA initiatives to reduce complexity.
• Lead or support projects from concept to qualification, ramp‑up, and handoff.
• Standardize enterprise manufacturing methods and architectures for repeatable deployment.
