Job summary

A leading transportation and manufacturing company in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Mid-Senior level Mechanical Engineer to facilitate product transition from design to manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering, 3-5 years experience in heavy manufacturing, and expertise in Aluminum heat exchanger processes. This full-time role offers a salary range of $77,400 to $110,300 per year along with relocation assistance if eligible.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior Mechanical Engineering experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing equipment such as fin machines and vacuum brazing.
• Significant experience in Aluminum heat exchanger manufacturing processes is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment specifications and manufacturing processes for Aluminum Brazed Heat Exchanger product line.
• Estimate production times and staffing requirements.
• Work to bridge fundamental R&D with Operations.
