You will drive innovation in aluminum manufacturing by optimizing rolling processes and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in metals manufacturing, rolling, casting, or related industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO, IATF.
• Exposure to aluminum rolling processes or continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve hot rolling and cold rolling mill capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to establish rolling line parameters.
• Provide technical leadership during rolling operations and product trials.
• Analyze rolled aluminum products for surface quality.
• Develop and implement best rolling practices to improve efficiency.
• Mentor and train early‑career engineers on rolling practices.
