Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in metals manufacturing, rolling, casting, or related industrial environments.
Working knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO, IATF.
Exposure to aluminum rolling processes or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Review and approve hot rolling and cold rolling mill capabilities.
Collaborate with teams to establish rolling line parameters.
Provide technical leadership during rolling operations and product trials.
Analyze rolled aluminum products for surface quality.
Develop and implement best rolling practices to improve efficiency.
Mentor and train early‑career engineers on rolling practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering
