Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior manufacturing engineering leader to architect factory-scale Fury production, spanning aircraft-class structures, composites, and integrated systems. You will set standards, drive tooling and automation, and own the MES backbone.

You will mentor the ME team, partner with design, quality, PM, and supply chain, and push for robust, scalable manufacturing while navigating complex ambiguity. A U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing engineering with rate and scale production experience.
• Architected a production line or factory rollout (MES) and acted as a technical authority.
• Deep knowledge of tooling, composites, structures, and factory-scale capacity.
• BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering; CAD/ERP/MES proficiency; eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect factory-scale Fury hardware manufacturing, including layout and rate strategy.
• Set DFM/DFX standards and design tooling and automation for fabrication and assembly.
• Own manufacturing-systems backbone (MES, quality systems, documentation).
• Lead root-cause on systemic issues and mentor ME team.
• Collaborate across design, quality, PM, and supply chain to define operating model.
