Job summary

Q-Lab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost reduction and productivity improvements in manufacturing. The role involves designing and implementing new machinery, tooling, and test fixtures to support production of Q-Lab products and services.

You will manage projects, mitigate risks, and develop documentation while collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
• 10+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with custom design as well as building with commercially available components.
• Expert-level problem solver that blends independent thinking with creativity and collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in product costing and capital equipment projects.
• Highly proficient with 3D CAD tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.).
