ITW in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production area by developing and implementing new processes across washing, robotics, packing, and material handling.
You will manage routings, BOMs, FMEA, and collaborate on capital planning, start-up of equipment, and supplier coordination to meet cost and quality targets.
The Manufacturing Engineer will support the manufacturing area by developing a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and application requirements, and then developing and implementing new processes for operations. This work will primarily revolve around washing, robotics, packing, material movement, and staging of materials. The incumbent will have responsibility for all material from the point it enters the facility until the point it exits the facility.
