Illinois Tool Works (ITW Shakeproof Fasteners) seeks a Process Engineer to support tool design, continuous improvement, and capacity analysis. You will contribute to APQP activities and drive improvements that impact P&L through new product launches and efficiency gains.
The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, quality, sales and APQP teams, applying Lean techniques to reduce waste and improve performance. Engineering prints and processes will be updated as needed.

Manufacturing and warehouse locations include Watertown, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Machesney Park, IL; Broadview, IL; Elgin, IL; Iron Ridge, WI. we serve major OEMs and their tier suppliers direct and through distribution channels in the industrial market. ITW Shakeproof Fasteners drives profitability by leveraging its innovative solutions and application engineering, allowing us to enhance our customers' competitive advantage.
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting tool design, continuous improvement, and capacity analysis. The Process Engineer is also a critical member of our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for parts within the Division and directly impacts the P&L through successful new product launch and efficiency improvements. To achieve their goals, the engineer works frequently with our manufacturing, quality, sales, and APQP teams.

The specific salary within the posted pay range will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience with approximately $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
