Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our aerospace and defense fabrication team. This role is hands-on on the shop floor, bridging engineering and production to resolve complex manufacturing issues.

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a forward-thinking aerospace and defense organization in Phoenix, AZ. This position serves as a vital link between our engineering teams and production operations.

This is a hands-on position that requires active engagement on the shop floor. You will be tasked with resolving complex manufacturing issues, collaborating closely with our supply chain partners, and providing critical feedback on product designs to ensure they are production-ready.

Core Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and provide ongoing production support.
Collaborate with external vendors and conduct site visits to ensure quality standards.
Evaluate technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Contribute Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise to optimize new product development.
Manage diverse aerospace manufacturing workflows, including machining, castings, forgings, sheet metal, and heat treatment.
Take ownership of manufacturing obstacles to allow design engineers to concentrate on innovative development.

Required Qualifications

Extensive proficiency in GD&T application.
Proven track record within the aerospace or defense manufacturing sectors.
