About the Role

We have multiple openings for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Production Engineer, or Automation Engineer to optimize production lines and enhance operational efficiency. There will be ample opportunity for advancement and growth within this organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production processes and tools for introducing and improving new products
• Resolve production issues
• Design assembly procedures and tooling
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles
• Monitor performance metrics
• Designing new automated systems and processes for new product introduction

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as a manufacturing engineer, production engineer, or automation engineer in one of the following industries would be ideal: Electronics manufacturing, Aerospace/Defense manufacturing, Automation manufacturing, Molding manufacturing
