What you’ll do

1. Analyze existing processes to develop, implement, and monitor measures to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety.
2. Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, lean, maintenance, quality, and SHE departments to define new processes and optimization activities.
3. Support the implementation of business strategies related to engineering, reliability, and standardization of operations.
4. Become a technical expert in plant engineering technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer and apply best practices.
5. Support troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
6. Participate in project teams for investments and support from a process perspective.
7. Resolve customer incidents (internal & external), support manufacturing, and QOS. Be well-versed in Henkel product technologies related to processing and equipment.
8. Lead efforts to clarify manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations. Set up manufacturing processes with input from R&D, Reliability, production, etc.
9. Perform process troubleshooting and optimization (DOE). Conduct engineering studies, such as design of experiments.
