Job summary

Mizuho OSI is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain manufacturing processes and electrical test systems for new products and changes. You will drive cost reduction, support pilot productions, and collaborate across R&D, production, and quality to ensure manufacturability and testability of offerings.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in electrical engineering, with hands-on work on PCBAs, fixtures, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/electrical engineering.
• Experience with electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain manufacturing processes and electrical test systems.
• Support pilot production and sustained launches; resolve manufacturability issues.
• Develop fixtures, test equipment, and automation for production.
• Document procedures, BOMs, and test specifications.
• Support CAPA investigations and continuous improvement in lean manufacturing.
