Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field with 0–8 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience.
• PhD degree with 1+ year of experience.
• Fluency with Altium CAD software is a must.

Responsibilities

• Produce efficient, creative technical designs, analysis, and testing of electrical components and subsystems for operating room equipment.
• Document designs, specifications, risk assessment, verification, validation, test results, and analysis in FDA design control.
• Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers for diagnostic troubleshooting of circuits and boards.
• Interpret instructions, schematics, component specs, software code, and regulatory requirements.
• Design-for-manufacturability and high-quality production through appropriate component and process selection.
• Collaborate with engineers across departments to resolve design and test issues.
