Mizuho OSI is seeking a Manufacturing Electrical Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain manufacturing processes, electrical test systems and production support solutions for new products and changes.

The role drives cost reduction, lean improvements, and sustained engineering support across production, with collaboration from R&D to ensure manufacturability and testability while meeting cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics engineering with 2-5 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and test methods.
• Experience with PCBAs, wiring harnesses and embedded control systems.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, production, supply chain and quality to align manufacturing plans.
• Support pilot production and launches; resolve manufacturability issues.
• Design and validate production fixtures and electrical test systems.
• Develop lean manufacturing processes and data collection methods.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
