Qualifications

• Experience in cost analysis roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth cost analysis across materials, labor, overhead, and inventory.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and strategies to lower production costs.
• Prepare monthly plant financial results and variance analysis.
• Support annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain for data gathering.
• Establish annual labor and overhead rates for absorption.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
