Job summary

Acme Cryogenics, part of Dover Corporation’s OPW Clean Energy Solutions, is seeking a skilled accounting professional to lead the month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 5+ years of experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will collaborate across functions and support audits and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Public Accounting/Audit experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes to deliver accurate results and monthly statements.
• Ensure journals, revenue recognition, and accruals are properly recorded.
• Record fixed asset additions/disposals in the G/L.
• Prepare, review, and approve balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead process improvements to streamline month-end close.
• Support audit activities and provide requested schedules.
• Assist with tax requirements and 1099 reporting.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Other duties as needed.
