The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing as a Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in process design and large-scale software implementations. A hybrid work model is available, along with attractive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end core processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
• Proven experience in process design, flowcharting, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between business partners and IT leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, Quality, HSE, and Engineering.
• Drive business case validation and track realized value post-implementation.
