Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- 7+ years hands-on experience with packaging and production line automation.
- Experience with bottling lines, liquid filling, labelers, case packers.
- Proficiency with PLCs and SCADA systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead automation, controls, and systems engineering across packaging operations.
- Select, procure, FAT, install, and optimize equipment and systems.
- Improve equipment reliability, product quality, throughput, and operator effectiveness.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance checklists.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives and data-driven improvements.
