Job Description:
Pay Range: $28hr - $30hr- Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical components, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assembly processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.
- Experience with or willingness to learn basic soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards.
- Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment used in electrical assembly.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical assembly.
- Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
