Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting and standard costing experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management financial statements and reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Support external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Maintain and analyze standard costing systems.
• Review material, labor, and overhead variances.
• Analyze production performance and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Reconcile inventory balances and support cycles and physical inventories.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.
• Assist with sales and use tax compliance and internal controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
