Job summary

Forte Group is seeking a Manual QA Tester to join our engineering team delivering enterprise-grade software for financial services. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, validate multi-currency transactions, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, participating in daily Agile ceremonies and maintaining rigorous quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual test execution.
• 3+ years working within Banking, FinTech, or financial services platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical specifications and use cases to design and execute test suites (functional, boundary, regression, UAT).
• Perform end-to-end data validation of multi-currency transactions and ledger states.
• Manage defect lifecycle in Jira or Azure DevOps, conduct root-cause analysis, and validate security controls.
