Sora Union is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our globally distributed team and help ensure high-quality product releases for diverse clients. You will partner with developers, product managers, designers, and customer service to investigate issues, report results, and improve testing practices for web and mobile applications.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fully distributed setup across multiple projects and clients.

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science or mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional QA role.
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile apps (Android & iOS).
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with defect management tools and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive suite of manual tests and regression lists for product releases.
• Collaborate with support and internal teams to triage, investigate, and prioritize issues for quick resolution.
• Become a proficient power user of client products to enhance testing practices and overall quality.
