Job summary

Envision in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced QA Testers to join Agile delivery teams. You will perform manual testing across digital portals, web apps, and CRM platforms, develop test cases, and drive defect management to ensure high-quality releases.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, Confluence, and SharePoint within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on manual software testing or QA experience preferred.
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong experience in functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, exploratory, and negative testing.
• Experience testing applications against business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience documenting, tracking, retesting, and closing software defects.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum product delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong requirements analysis and business process analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage testing priorities, and communicate quality risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manual Test Planning & Execution across applications and systems.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, exploratory testing.
• Validate business rules, application behavior, data flows, and customer journeys.
• Identify and prepare test data and conditions; maintain regression suites.
• Communicate testing progress, results, risks, and release-readiness to stakeholders.
• Document and track defects; collaborate with devs and analysts to troubleshoot.
• Retest resolved defects and perform regression testing.
• Differentiate defects from requirements gaps, data issues, or configuration issues.
