Job summary

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Manpower and Financial Analytics Subject Matter Expert to advise Ohio National Guard HR on workforce planning, budgeting, and decision support.

The role converts complex personnel, organizational, and budget data into forecasts, scenarios, and actionable recommendations for leadership. Responsibilities include building analytical models and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with finance and program offices to align workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Fifteen years of experience required.
• Must hold favorable Tier I (T1)/NACI or higher investigation and maintain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower studies, workforce assessments, and organizational analyses to determine current and future personnel requirements.
• Develop and maintain models, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports covering authorizations, assignments, vacancies, strength, grade and skill mix, labor costs, and budget execution.
• Integrate personnel, position, organizational, and financial data from multiple systems; reconcile discrepancies and document data lineage and business rules.
• Produce forecasts, scenarios, trend analyses, and risk assessments affecting policy, mission, or funding changes.
• Advise HR and leaders on manpower utilization, resource allocation, and readiness impacts.
• Support budgeting and execution cycles with personnel-cost estimates, spend plans, variances, and unfunded requirement analyses.
• Establish data-quality controls and ensure timely, accurate, executive-ready outputs.
